  36. TemplEd is a window template editor.  Some of its features are:

  38. * Icons and Windows are edited from a dialogue window; flags, colours, button
  39. types etc. are set by clicking on buttons in the dialogue window, the update is
  40. made when you click on an "action" button.

  42. * Moving, editing, copying and deleting of selections (multiple icons)
